Despite being away from his fellow Super Junior members, HanGeng is still standing tall and ready to tackle new adventures, including a duet for the 2010 Asian Games!
Back in December, HanGeng filed a law suit against SM Entertainment. In the months that followed, HanGeng has been lying low in China, taking a well-deserved break along with some occasional media appearances. But now, HanGeng is once again ready to take the spotlight!
HanGeng’s popularity is running high in the Chinese music scene. He even won the newcomer award at the Meng Niu Music Billboard Ceremony! Due to his great stage presence and vocal abilities, HanGeng was asked to duet with Chinese singer Zhou BiChang for the 2010 Asian Games. The 2010 Asian Games is a major athletic event held in GuangZhou, China in which all of Asia’s top athletes come together. The duet recorded by HanGeng and BiChang will be the official theme song for the games.
HanGeng and BiChang are being dubbed the “new generation,” taking over the singing positions of their seniors. The song is said to be a perfect blend of the two singers’ voices, and listeners will definitely be inspired after listening to it.
